• If the service is not delivered as outlined in the agreed Statement of Work (SOW).
• If the project is canceled due to our inability to proceed.
• If a verified quality issue exists after revisions have been exhausted.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after project initiation.
• Delays caused by lack of client communication or required materials.
• Projects affected by third-party platform rules or removals.
• Requests that fall outside the original project scope.
• Any third-party expenses such as publishing, advertising, or distribution fees.

Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed by our internal quality and management team. Refund approval is not automatic and depends on work progress, delivered materials, and service agreement terms.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
